In 2009, invited by Interbank Peru (Largest commercial Bank in Peru) to brief its clients to attract tourist and investors. China Ready Program was presented by Marcus Lee to 50 Companies in Lima.This mark the beginning of large influx of Chinese tourist and investors to Peru. The foundation was established through promoting Peru in China and inviting companies from China to invest in the basic infrastructure, telecommunication, banking to be ready for Chinese tourist.

China Ready program was repeated every year for four years consecutively and attended by 250 companies in 2012. The program was supported and launched by Ambassador of China to Peru Madam Huang, Huawei, ICBC Bank, China Petro (CNPC) and some 70 Chinese companies. Given the long distance, Peru recorded 35,000 Chinese Tourist in 2016.

China Ready in Latin America

China Ready Program was launched in several countries in Latin America including Peru, Argentina, Ecuador, Chile. Due to positive feedback, the program repeated every year for four years.

Chinese Government was supporting China Ready Programs. China Ambassador to Peru, H.E Madam Huang officiated the ICIF program in Lima, Peru.
